Do I have to fill out a waiver?

Yes, all guests, children and adults, must have an active waiver on file for entry. We encourage guests to fill out the waiver online ahead of time.

Can I go barefoot or wear shoes in the playground?

​

All guests playing in the playground need Kiddos Playplace socks. Kiddos socks have grips on only the ball of the foot so heels don't get caught on all our fun slides! These can be purchased at the front desk.

Can I bring outside food?​

​

No outside food is allowed other than celebratory desserts such as cake, cupcakes, cookies, etc with a paid birthday party room reservation.

What ages can visit and play?

 

While Kiddos was designed for those 13 and under, all ages are welcome to play in the playground. However, for the safety of our guests, all children must be accompanied by an adult and all adults must be accompanied by a child for entry into Kiddos.

How can I manage my membership online?

 

Login to the Kiddos site here with the same email associated with your membership. Once logged in, you can change your payment information and adjust or cancel your membership.
